Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment. Please note that any transaction or processing fees incurred are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Some promotional or discounted bookings may be categorized as non-refundable. In such cases, no refunds will be issued regardless of when the cancellation is made.

For any amendments to your booking, kindly contact us in advance. All changes are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
